Perio Masterclass for Hygienists/ Therapists

This limited number, intensive 2 day modular course will allow participants to develop more effective perio management protocols in general practice. It will cover all aspects of perio management, for both teeth and implants, from diagnosis and assessment to non-surgical treatments, including antimicrobial use and furcation management, using case studies and other interactive exercises. Uniquely, implant management will be covered alongside tooth management as we have found that this is more logical than covering implants separately. It will also cover the 2013 GDC scope of practice changes and the implications of direct access. The course is highly interactive and participants are encouraged to bring along their own cases for group discussion.
