Biography
1st level Medical Director at the School of Maxillo Facial Surgery of the San Filippo Neri Hospital, Rome. Graduated in Medicine & Surgery from the University of Rome in 1988, Roberto Pistilli has run Maxillo Facial University Clinic at the S. Camillo Hosptial from 1989- 1994; at the S. Giovanni Addolorata Hospital from 1994 – 1999 and since then at the S. Filippo Neri Hospital .
Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Guaralhos (San Paolo) Brazil in 2007 and 2008 and at the Faculty of Medicine & Surgery at the University of New Jersey (UMDNJ) in 2007.
Adjunct Professor at the Faculty “G.D’Annunzio” of Chieti from 2007 . Adjunct Professor at the Faculty “La Sapienza” of Rome from 2010.
Adjunct Professor at the Faculty “Alma Mater Studiorum” of Bologna from 2011 .
Active member of the SIO; co-author of the book Odontoiatria & Sport ; co-author of the book “Tecniche rigenerative e ricostruttive in chirurgia implantare”;
Member of the scientific committees of the International "Journal of Osteointegration". Editorial Board of the “European Journal of Oral Implantology”.
He is an author of over 70 publications un scientific journals of national & international importance, and a constant lecturer at numerous courses & Congresses in Italy and around the world.
For many years his main interests have been regenerative surgery of the maxilla and advanced implantology
